Conditions for product exchange/return and refund
Exchange Policy
- The company accepts exchanges within 7 business days from the date the customer signs for the product. If the 7-day period has passed, the company reserves the right not to accept exchanges or returns.
- Customers can request an exchange or return by sending the product back to the company. The product being returned or exchanged must be in its original condition, free from damage caused by use.
The product must not have undergone any changes, including the price tag, brand label, or any included documentation. The product should be returned in its original packaging and in the same condition as when it was delivered, along with proof of purchase.
Customers may exchange or return products under the following circumstances:
2.1 If the wrong model, color, or size was delivered, as referenced by the order details.
2.2 If the product delivered is significantly different or does not resemble the image shown on the product detail page.
2.3 If the product is damaged, defective, or unusable upon receipt.
The company reserves the right to inspect the condition of the returned product before shipping a replacement to the customer.
The company reserves the right not to accept exchanges or returns in any cases such as when the customer is dissatisfied with the product, requests an exchange for a different model, or has ordered the wrong product.
The company reserves the right to accept exchanges or returns only under the policies and conditions set by the company.

Customers are kindly requested to review the accuracy of the policies and terms before placing an order, as the warranty for each product may vary. Therefore, customers should verify the warranty policy for the product they intend to purchase before completing the transaction.
In the event that the product is damaged, defective, or cannot be activated upon receipt, please notify our staff immediately via Tel. or Line between 08:30 AM and 05:00 PM every day, except Sundays and public holidays.
Conditions for product exchange guarantee within 7 days
The 7-day exchange warranty will begin from the date the customer receives the product, starting from day 1, regardless of the time of receipt.
For example:
- Customer 1 receives the product on the 1st, at 11:00 AM.
- Customer 2 receives the product on the 1st, at 6:00 PM.
Both customers’ 7-day exchange period will start from day 1 and will end on the 7th day simultaneously.
The product will be eligible for a replacement within 7 days only if the damage occurs due to manufacturing defects.

For product exchanges, the company reserves the right to exchange only the damaged product. If any accessories are damaged, the company reserves the right to repair them instead of exchanging.
Proof of purchase, such as the receipt or tax invoice, is required for a product exchange request. The product must be returned in its original packaging, including all accessories, for the exchange to be processed.
The damaged product must exhibit issues covered by the warranty and be in the condition specified.
For products with unclear or undetectable issues during the initial inspection, the company reserves the right to evaluate the matter under its own terms and conditions.
The processing time for inspecting the product and completing the exchange or repair will take approximately 15 to 30 business days.
Refund Policy
The company will refund the product price to the customer in the event that the company is unable to deliver the product as ordered by the customer. The refund period is as follows:
1. In the event that the customer pays the full amount, the full amount will be transferred back to the account from which the customer transferred within 7 days after agreeing to refund.
