This two-day training course focuses on proper rappelling techniques using a two-rope system, adhering to internationally recognized standards. Participants will engage in intensive hands-on training with professional instructors, building a strong foundation from the beginning.
Rope Access Course
This basic rappelling course is suitable for those new to rope access work. Its objectives are to establish a foundation and understanding of the principles of safe rappelling according to international IRATA standards.
Participants will learn various rappelling techniques that are necessary and can be applied appropriately to their specific work scenarios, ensuring safety and efficiency.
Additionally, students will gain knowledge about selecting appropriate rope access equipment and using personal protective equipment (PPE) correctly as specified by the manufacturer.
Rescue Training for Rappelling
Participants will practice rescue techniques specific to rappelling, preparing them to handle emergency situations that may arise during descents.
The training covers basic rescue techniques that can be applied in emergencies, allowing participants to quickly assess situations and develop careful rescue plans. This includes accessing individuals in need of assistance while conducting rope access work and ensuring safe rescue and transportation of affected persons.
