Wipe, vacuum, and clean the transformer by wiping it with white alcohol to return it to its original condition.
Change the silica gel desiccant and check the color of the silica gel desiccant (Conservator Tank Type)	NO
Check transformer oil, filter transformer oil, change transformer oil to meet standards.	NO	NO
Check the insulation value of the coil (Insulation Testing)
Check the insulation value of the oil according to the manufacturer’s standards.
Clean the area around the transformer installation site.
Check the connection points and tighten the connections on both high and low voltage sides (Connection Tightening), clean the heat sink and clean the transformer yard.

Insulation Resistance Measurement

Insulation resistance test to check the tendency of insulation deterioration in transformers. The test procedure involves short-circuiting each set of windings of the transformer together.

Service by a professional team with international standards

Check and replace the silica gel desiccant.

If the desiccant deteriorates, the color will fade and turn black. It should be replaced to ensure the most effective moisture collection.

Transformer oil leakage

Oil leakage from transformer due to deteriorated or damaged rubber seals should be replaced (Bushing Low Voltage) by an expert urgently.

Check carefully

Check for rust, corrosion, and damage to the transformer.
Check for damaged honing, bending, or misalignment.
Check for worn or damaged frame gaskets, thick dust that may cause electrical leakage to the ground or extinguishing.
Check for low oil level in the transformer spare oil tank, add oil.
Check for dirty or leaking cooling fins.
Check for high- and low-voltage cable connectors at the bushings.
